Dr. D’Ambrose is a board certified family physician with extensive experience in traditional, broad spectrum practice. His areas of expertise includes outpatient care, hospitalist medicine, emergency medicine and obstetrics. He practiced in rural Montana, where he developed a new obstetrics program for a critical access hospital. Dr. D'Ambrose served as the hospital Chief of Medical Staff, the nursing home Medical Director and the county Chief Medical Officer. He has a passion for teaching, and proctored University of Washington medical students during their rural rotations. 

Dr. D’Ambrose holds a BA from Cornell University. He was awarded his degree in medicine from University College Dublin, Ireland. He completed residency training at the University of Kansas, and received one of their prestigious places for rural track training. Dr. D’Ambrose is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Medical Association.



Tiffany Lightfoot has served in the medical field since 2005. She has extensive experience as a critical care nurse, and has worked in multi-system intensive care, cardiovascular intensive care, and specialized neuro-critical care units. She also has experience as a surgical recovery nurse and in long-term care. Tiffany’s greatest passion is to provide heartfelt skilled nursing care to her patients, with an emphasis on patient education. She welcomes questions and thinks critically about problems, and approaches her patients with the same compassion as if they were her own family.


Tiffany holds a nursing degree from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences in addition to a degree in general education. She is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and is licensed by the Florida Board of Nursing.
