MICHAEL J. D'AMBROSE, M.D.
Physician
Dr. D’Ambrose is a board certified family physician with extensive experience in traditional, broad spectrum practice. His areas of expertise includes outpatient care, hospitalist medicine, emergency medicine and obstetrics. He practiced in rural Montana, where he developed a new obstetrics program for a critical access hospital. Dr. D'Ambrose served as the hospital Chief of Medical Staff, the nursing home Medical Director and the county Chief Medical Officer. He has a passion for teaching, and proctored University of Washington medical students during their rural rotations.
Dr. D’Ambrose holds a BA from Cornell University. He was awarded his degree in medicine from University College Dublin, Ireland. He completed residency training at the University of Kansas, and received one of their prestigious places for rural track training. Dr. D’Ambrose is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Medical Association.
ELAINA ALDRIN
Registered Nurse
Elaina Aldrin is passionate about providing compasionate, quality care to her patients. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from Florida Southern College, but shortly thereafter discovered her calling for nursing. Elaina attended the University of South Florida, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN). She is currently a Nurse Practitioner student at the University of Tampa.
Elaina has extensive knowledge and experience in oncology. She worked as a nurse at Moffit Cancer Center and Orlando Health Cancer Institute, and has a certificate in blood and marrow transplant. Elaina is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society.
Elaina is dedicated to providing the highest quality care. She believes that treating the patient as a whole prevents disease and improves the patient’s wellbeing. She has a particular interest and focus in women’s health.
Elaina enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, and family. Her hobbies include watching Ohio State Football, working out, and traveling.
